GENERAL INFORMATION

• Rent is 60% of meeting intake per month. Rent check is due the first of each month and is to be deposited into the Drop Box. We fully understand that not all groups have the attendance to pay that amount. Please contact us for special circumstances.
• Each group has a storage designation assigned for their own supplies. 
• Each group will be responsible for providing Coffee, cups, filters, cream, & sugar etc. for each group. 
• All groups are to clean up the kitchen area after each meeting, make sure all trash has been picked up and disposed of properly, and sweep floors as needed. 
• We ask all who use the building to please share in the responsibility of keeping the club clean. We are especially concerned with keeping cigarette butts picked up in the outside areas.
• When your group celebrates its anniversary, an extra hour is added to your time slot. Please notify the Board as soon as possible of that event so there won’t be any conflict with any separate Clubhouse event.
